Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Euros (€).
As per Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable: “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”.
Payments are processed securely via card payment providers (Revolut) or direct bank transfer. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required prior to receiving access to services or events.
Right of Withdrawal
& Refund Policy
Digital Products & Online Sessions:
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if an online coaching session or digital service is delivered immediately upon the client’s express request within this period, the right of withdrawal is waived once performance has begun.
In-Person Events & Retreats:
Deposits and booking fees for in-person events
are governed by the specific cancellation
schedule provided on the event registration page.
Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, clients receive booking details, access links, or event vouchers via email to the address provided during checkout within 24 hours.
